Anya Latushkoa brings a low impact version of Barre that is a a refreshing and fun workout. BarreWellness fitness class is designed to workout the body and relax the mind. This class is energizing, safe for all ages and fitness levels, build lean and long muscles, build strength, improve balance, coordination all while having fun. Barre modality allows to workout the whole body (from head to toes) lengthening the spine, improving posture and increasing flexibility.  After all the great fitness work performed we take a moment to relax the mind with guided meditation for relaxation, gratitude and inner peace.
